Over the last 2 weeks we have had lots going on with our Transition work.
We got to meet our P6 Buddies, visit our P1 classes to meet our teachers and we have been continuing to do lots of work around The Bear Hunt story.
It was also lovely to see the parents and carers for our final meeting.
