This week P7 were joined (virtually) by the engineering department from Edinburgh College. They were telling us all about engineering and about bridges.
At the end, they set us a simple task – to create a freestanding bridge which stretched 40cm and that could hold as much weight as possible.

And below you can see our testing stage… Some bridges made it – and some didn’t!
A huge well done to “The Triangle” which managed to hold a whopping 2.8kg!
