Friday 29th September

If you read last week’s BLOG post, you will know that Skye the Scarecrow began to look a little different… well, this week she has had a fantastic ‘face lift’! And she’s also got a new feline friend to keep her company! She’s loving the pretty pink wild flowers we planted in the SPRING, to help the bees and the butterflies…

It was a shorter time than usual in school this week, but there was still the chance to ‘celebrate some exciting success’ …

Fred Frog was super impressed with this person’s effort and hard work with her P7 ASL Literacy Buddy … so … her name has landed on Fred Frog’s purple lily pad – this means that next week she will be able to sit on Fred Frog’s special orange cushion! 👏 …

Fred Frog is looking forward to seeing everyone again soon. He loves this delightful drawing of himself and the kind message. He says: “THANK YOU very much!” 😊

A special member of my family (my Mum 😉) has been collecting shiny AUTUMN 🍂 conkers for us, so I’ll be able to show them to you next week. They have been falling off huge horse chestnut trees during this past wild and windy week.

It will soon be the weekend and then it’s GOODBYE 👋 TO SEPTEMBER!

See you in OCTOBER! Mrs Dale
