All booking forms should be electronically submitted between Saturday and no later than Thursday at 11am. A small number of parents order late or do not order at all and expect lunches to be provided for their child. The responsibility for ordering lunches lies with each parent and children become distressed when they have no lunch with them and are not on their class list. We also have tantrums when children are offered a jacket potato – the only choice available if a specific lunch is not ordered. This could be avoided by setting a reminder on your phone and making this task part of your normal weekly routine. We will no longer accept any orders made after this deadline unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Is there a paper booking form?
Although we would prefer that you use the online booking form, there is a paper booking form that can be used. You can download and print the form below and send it into school with your child. Alternatively, booking forms are available from the office.
What should I do about special dietary requirements?
Please complete the ‘Diet Referral’ form below and return to the school as soon as possible. This will then allow us to contact the catering supervisor who will work on putting a special diet policy in place.
