We have had a busy two weeks back in P1. We have started learning Scots by singing some songs and reading stories in Scots. We have been investigating symmetry and pattern through outdoor learning. We have been learning to code instructions using the coding mice. We have started to take part in helicopter stories where children create their own stories scribed by an adult, then the story is acted out to the class. This has inspired writing and story telling in play.
