… practised our handwriting, while preparing letters to share with our families, friends and school staff, and asked them to wear one of Ellie’s Blue Ribbons, to help raise awareness of DYSLEXIA …
… ENJOYED P7/P3 ASL buddy time …

‘SEASONS come and seasons go’… we also talked about the seasons and practised reciting them in the correct order; Monday 6th October was a very AUTUMNAL day, with mist hovering over the CKPS grass in the early morning sunshine; we ‘clapped syllables’ and we ‘finger spelled’ two of the WINTER months, and enjoyed a bit of ‘TEAM WORK’ creativity too …

It’s hard to believe that the October break will so soon be here! I hope, like me, that everyone is looking forward to this final week of the first term, before it’s time to take a break. Mrs Dale
PS A final word (for this year!) about DYSLEXIA AWARENESS WEEK, Scotland, 2025… most of Fred Frog’s friends had the chance to watch two helpful short films about DYSLEXIA; hopefully we learned – and will remember – at least one helpful fact about DYSLEXIA, to help us ‘BUST THOSE MYTHS’!
