A few weeks ago, we were encouraged by the JRSOs to bring in our scooters and to scoot to school! We loved trying to show off our skills in and around cones, going super fast to race our P6 pals and trying to show our control by scooting through small gaps!

Another way to stay active is to try new sports. We loved having a go at Judo during a taster session.

Friday, 16th May was International Families Day and we celebrated this in P2 by talking and listening to each to the talk about what life is like in our families. We have working on the meta skills of communication and collaboration and we showed off our brilliant skills when talking in groups with the adults. We loved sharing how we celebrate and particularly enjoyed talking about food!

The most recent sound we have learned is ‘ie’, which has the rhyme ‘terrible tie’. We made the most terrible ties, full of patterns and colours and pictures. They were so bad that they were really good! Which terrible tie would you wear?
