Primary 6 have had a brilliant start settling into the new term. We have already enjoyed taken on new responsibilities such as website bloggers. Thanks to Ellie and Lottie for this blog.
P6 so far by Ellie and Lottie:
We went to the Book festival and it was super exciting hearing all about Ancient Egypt and lots about beetles, as well as M. G. Leonard told us all some great facts about the Egyptians. Very cool hearing about her book The Hunt for the Golden Scarab, she made it sound interesting and exciting. Primary 6 were amazing on the bus and they even got an email from a lovely lady on the bus. On the way back they were very responsible and had lots of fun at the book festival.
As well as the book festival, P6 made their own parks/playgrounds out of Knex, to practice our Collaboration and Communication skills. In addition they made wonderful pieces of art and have played lots of Maths games.
We have started our class charter with a theme of a Grow a Garden background with lots of characters to represent all our amazing personalities.
