Before our trip to Heriot Watt, two sports volunteers visited the school to meet our teams and to prepare them for the day at the Orium.
Each group had to come up with a team name, an eye catching poster and a team chant.
We all had a great time at the Sports Festival today. Each team moved round six different sports, using a variety of new skills and most importantly being good team players and encouraging each other.
To start the day each team was introduced to the room by moving through the human tunnel. There were lots of cheers and high fives along the way.
