Today some of our P6 and P7 runners took part in the EPSSA Cross Country Races at Inverleith Park.
Miss Owenson just wanted to share the following message and a few pictures:
“I am so proud to have taken our children to the cross country event today, it was such a lovely sunny day. This is an extremely tough event (with a few hilly parts) but all the children pushed themselves and all completed the track in great times.
A special mention to Rogan who came 36 places higher than last year and a huge well done to Skanda who was our sole P6 boy taking part. Another mention goes out to Henry and Lewis who worked hard training for the race but were unfortunately injured.
As always, they are a great bunch of kids with such great attitudes and they definitely did Carrick Knowe proud so I just wanted to put this on record.
We also had a fabulous bus driver who took song requests on way home… No Scotland, No party! 😂“
