In P4 we have been focussing on birds ahead of taking part in a national bird survey with the RSPB Big Schools’ Bird Watch. We’ve been learning to identify different local bird species, exploring the school grounds to see if it’s a good habitat for birds during the winter and building our own birds nests in a STEM challenge. Everyone has been putting lots of effort into their outdoor learning and we’re looking forward to taking part in the big birdwatch next week.
